Canoes, Bonfires, & Dreams?
Well i just got home from one of my favorite places ever... the lake :)
(side note... my : button is not working very well and its making me angry)
back to my story... well some of my favorite people ever came with me (Crispy, Kay-D, Rae, and Prince Charming) Well we went on a freezing boat ride (i suffer from wind burn now) Played hide & seek at the marina, & ate gummies. It was great fun. We also had many dance parties and epic hide & seek games in the house. Well Prince Charming won the title as best pool player, i was the best air hockey player, and Prince Charming & I were the Cha-Chuck champs :)
We also attempted to go canoeing... Well were not the most coordinated people ever, so we almost flipped causing Crispy and I to almost wet ourselves, not good. Well once we made it to the "island" (really its just a peninsula but dont tell anyone) we enjoyed long walks on the beach and chunking large rocks into the water so we could see the "pretty rainbow"
Over all it was an AWESOME weekend :) Oh hold up a second... i didnt tell you about my dream... (its mentioned in the title so i guess im obligated to tell you about it)
Well there was this certain guy (not naming names) but he was my "eddie" off of The Prince and Me. Well he was just he cutest thing (people are always so much better in dreams right?) well anyways... he got a boo-boo on his head so being Megan i "kissed it to make it better" well then he returned the favor by kissing my forehead & such. Kinda depressing that that hasnt happened in real life because really, its REALLY hard to find a guy that sweet. sigh. Oh well. Well there was also some very strange scenes in this dream, although the scene mentioned above was the most vivid. I was also being chased my man eating fish (phobia kicking in?) and i was riding on a roller coater and was flipped out only to land on a huge trampoline and was then bounced into my palace (yes i had a palace im a princess for goodness sakes).
well i think im done ranting now... but yes over all epic weekend. Love you guys :)

Hi. I have no followers. Sad day.
Guess im talking to myself... but hey i do that everyday :)
So can you say CRAZY week? Me Oh My. It felt like everyday just went on forever, but then again i couldn't believe it was friday by the time it came.
Well i havent slept for more than 6 hours in about a week. lacking sleep = sometimes grumpy megan, emotional megan, and crazy megan. I think all 3 sides came out this week. grumpy: sorry freshie, sistah, and mike-leta. emotional: sorry mommy & prince charming. crazy: sorry sistah, Kay-d, & Crispy. Oh and i've also learned that i do not know how to keep my mouth shut, i need a filter.
Well today defiantly called for a good ole War eagle :) I had to have pictures taken... i hate pictures. We had to go downtown i got to see graffiti where some ghetto dude was threatening another pimp because he didnt give him his drugs... oh what you will see. i also got to see a nightclub that had been shut down because someone got shot in there, nbd right? scary stuff.
I also got to go to MEXICAN :) (my favorite type of food) & got to see my boys! they are adorable!
Well i was stupid, i misunderstood prince charming & got all sad. well turns out, its all okay :) andddd i got invited a to football banquet! (ive never been to one) so i wonder how this will go. i have to eat in front of him, i hate eating in front of people. ahhh.

Where to begin?
Well hey ummm i guess i should call you followers? maybe stalkers if i dont know you? hummm interesting, i need to think of something to call you people. Well i decided to try this whole blogging thing, i dont know how well it will go but whatever!
Okay, for starters, the name.... well as (hopefully) all of you know, i ride horses. I love love love it. Soooo i wanted to incorporate that part of my life into the name, title, thingy, so thats where the "strides" part comes from. (if you dont know what a stride is well its a horses step essentially, you can google it.) And the counting thing, well i kind live life one moment at a time, i essentially count my steps, if that makes any sense? or am i just some crazy person attempting to be clever? who knows.
Well lets start with the topic of today. I got home from VA this morning at 4am. YUCK. So i plan to sleep all day and pig out, you know normal lazy teen stuff. yeah thats about it at the moment... i think, yeah guess so.
Okay so since this blog can be viewed by complete strangers, there will be code names in here. So if you know me, you can probably figure them out, but if you cant and you really really really must know, well i guess you can ask me through some form of communication. okay i think i've ranted long enough for today.
